A Walk in the Woods

Join Tinder Sticks for a series of free nature connection events in Epping Forest with nature drawing workshops, whittling sessions, mindfulness, animal tracks and signs, plant and wild flower identification and uses. It’s so much more than a walk in the woods!

12 July – Based at The Michael Mallinson Scout Centre, Charter Road, Woodford Green IG8 6RE (‘The Mally’), we’ll be creating fire! Stone Age Stresses: can you light and keep a fire going long enough to boil water? More mindful than you think, as this challenge takes all of your focus…allowing your modern mind to relax!
