The 2023 Annual General Meeting (AGM) of The Highams Park Planning Group (HPPG) will be on Wednesday 11th October 2023 at 7:30 pm (doors open at 7:00 pm) at All Saints Church in Church Avenue, Highams Park, E4 9QZ. Please note that the meeting is in the Church itself and not the Church Hall.
The AGM is open to all. The meeting will include an update on what’s going on in Highams Park and the projects we are working on. You will have the opportunity to ask questions and express your views. You can view the the paper for the meeting by clicking on the links at the bottom of this page.
There will also be light refreshments after the meeting where you can talk to the Committee Members and other members of HPPG about any ideas and/or concerns you may have.
In order for HPPG to continue carrying out its projects and events it is important that we have new people on the team with fresh ideas. With this in mind, we have included new volunteers and succession planning on the agenda. If you are interested in being part of the team and getting more involved in the projects and events HPPG is working on, please speak to one of the committee members at the AGM. This year the guest speakers will be from the Council’s Regeneration Team who will update attendees on the proposals for use of the ‘Levelling Up’ funding in Highams Park and Chingford.
