The 2024 Annual General Meeting (AGM) of The Highams Park Planning Group (HPPG) will be on Wednesday 9th October 2024 at 7:30 pm (doors open at 7:00 pm) at All Saints Church in Church Avenue, Highams Park, E4 9QZ. Please note that the meeting is in the Church itself and not the Church Hall.

The AGM is open to all.  The meeting will include an update on what’s going on in Highams Park and the projects we are working on. You will have the opportunity to ask questions and express your views. Papers for the meeting will be posted on this page a week before the meeting.

There will also be light refreshments after the meeting where you can talk to the Committee Members and other members of HPPG about any ideas and/or concerns you may have.

This year there will be guest speakers be from:

1. The Ching Action Group who will tell you about their activities over the past year.
2. The Council’s Regeneration Team who will update attendees on the proposals for use of the ‘Levelling Up’ funding in Highams Park and Chingford.
