The Highams Park Maypolers practice regularly in The Highams Park. They don’t take it too seriously and have a lot of fun whilst getting some fresh air and exercise. It is free to take part. Adults and children aged five years and above are all welcome.
Sessions are every Saturday morning from 9.45 am nearby Humphry’s Café, feel free to come and join. If it is raining on the day the session will be cancelled!
