The Halex Concert Society is a group of volunteers from the Highams Park Planning Group who arrange four live concerts by professional musicians each year at All Saints Church. They work closely with members of All Saints Church and any money left over after the musicians have been paid is donated to local causes. The Society is currently raising money for the maintenance fund of All Saints Church for much need repairs.
The concerts are of mixed genres so as to appeal to as wide an audience as possible.
The name Halex is a tribute to the Halex factory which used to be located on the site of Tesco Highams Park and which, to a large extent, shaped how Highams Park is today.
