The 2026 Annual General Meeting (AGM) of The Highams Park Planning Group (HPPG) will be on Thursday 8th October 2026 at 7:30 pm (doors open at 7:00 pm) at All Saints Church in Church Avenue, Highams Park, E4 9QZ. Please note that the meeting is in the Church itself and not the Church Hall.
This year’s guest speaker at the AGM will be the prospective tenant for the site of the old Boathouse at Highams Park Lake, who will give a presentation of their proposals for the site.
The AGM is open to all. The meeting will include an update on what’s going on in Highams Park and the projects we are working on. You will have the opportunity to ask questions and express your views.
There will also be light refreshments after the meeting where you can talk to the Committee Members and other members of HPPG about any ideas and/or concerns you may have.
