All you need is an enthusiasm to help Scouting actively engage and support young people in their personal development, empowering them to make a positive contribution to society. Any necessary training will be provided.
Being a leader in Scouting is hugely rewarding and is great fun. It will give you the chance to try new activities and experiences and develop your own confidence and skills such as leadership, team working and planning, which will be of value to you and the other leaders.
