The Mayor of Waltham Forest, Tony Bell, popped down to thank Kylie and Sian from local art school, Art-K, for creating the mural. The mural was sponsored by Highams Park Community CIC (HPPG’s project arm) to brghten up the wall and provide a child friendly mural on the lower section of the wall by the play area.
