The Planning Inspector’s Decision on the proposed development at 480-510 Larkshall Road, London E4 9HH (James Yard) was released on 31st January, 2023.
The Inspector has allowed the appeal by Atlantis Highams and planning permission is granted for the demolition of the existing buildings and erection of a five to seven-storey residential-led, mixed use development comprising 68 residential dwellings.
The Highams Park Planning Group supported the Council in opposing the overdevelopment of this site, so this decision is very disappointing.
The only way in which this decision can be overruled is if the Council applies to the High Court to have this decision overturned.
