Some local residents may have received a leaflet regarding Sherry Green Homes proposals for the redevelopment of the plot of land behind 480 to 510 Larkshall Road (marked on the poster below). The site runs from the station entrance in Wilton Place along the railway line where there are currently some small offices with parking underneath (please note that this is a different plot of land to the James Yard development already approved for Atlantis Highams which runs along Larkshall Road from by the level crossing).
The proposal being consulted on is for the demolition of the existing building and the provision of flats and commercial space. A copy of the leaflet is shown below The leaflet invites local residents to attend drop in exhibitions at Hale End Library on:
- Tuesday 20th February 2024 (16:00 to 18:00hrs)
- Saturday 24th February 2024 (14:30 to 16:30hrs)
