Celebrate the refurbished play space in Highams Park! Join for the official opening of the play space opposite Tesco, Highams Park for an afternoon packed full of fun child-friendly activities.
Come along from 12.30pm to 2.30pm on Saturday 9 March 2024 for free family activities including balloon modelling, face painting and craft activities throughout! There will also be musical performances from local choir Harmony E4.
During the event, you can chat to council officers and submit your suggestions for the naming of the play space and also learn more about improvements taking place in Highams Park.
12.30pm: balloon modelling, face painting, and craft activities begin.
1.30pm: official opening of the playground with some ribbon and words!
1.45pm: balloon modelling, face painting, and craft activities continue.
