We are pleased to advise that the Highams Park Plan was approved by local residents in the referendum on 5th March by a majority of 96% in favour. Turnout was 22% and there were 2,816 votes, of which 2,689 were yes votes, 120 were no votes and seven papers were spoiled.
This is a great step forward and HPPG’s committee would like to thank everyone who turned out in such appalling weather to vote.
